Say goodbye to garishly coloured, strangely shiny marzipan fruit from the 80s; we’ve created the real deal right here. Almond-rich and succulent, we’ve enrobed our marzipan in 70% dark chocolate to add to the indulgence. 

Marzipan has got a bad rap over the last few decades, especially in the UK. Dragged out once a year, we mistreat it with a rolling pin, scrape some jam on it and drape it over our Christmas cake, which is then immediately hidden by royal icing. No wonder so many people think they don’t like it!

We invite you to try our moist, sweet almond concoction. Most recipes use around a third of almonds to two thirds sugar, but we couldn’t get enough of the almond flavour and so ours is a decadent 52% ground almonds. Ground to a fine powder, our marzipan is soft and delicate, and without a trace of artificial almond flavour - it has enough of the real thing it doesn’t need any. We don’t add anything artificial to our chocolates, ever.  

We’ve balanced our flavours to make sure our marzipan isn’t too sweet, but to offset the smooth indulgent inside, we’ve encased our marzipan morsels in dark chocolate. This snaps satisfyingly before your teeth sink into our delicate nutty blend.
