Nothing captures a British summer’s afternoon quite like strawberries and cream, and we’ve made sure this Strawberry and White Chocolate selector is no different. We’ve crushed real strawberries into a zingy purée, and encased it in our high cocoa butter white for a creamy taste that isn’t too sweet. 

We use nothing artificial in our chocolates, ever, as we don’t feel we need to. The bright pink hue on the top of our chocolates is entirely natural, and so are the flavours within. To add a little more decadence to our strawberry filling, we added some whipped cream to temper the fruity hit of the strawberry and make these a Wimbledon-worthy snack. 

Settle down in the comfort of your own home to watch a tennis match with these Strawberry and White Chocolate Selectors, with perhaps a jug of Pimms on the side. If it’s a particularly warm day, you might have to eat all of the chocolates before they melt! Strawberries and cream have been a classic pairing in the UK since 1509, when Henry VIII took a fancy to them, and they were served at the first Wimbledon tournament in 1877.
