To create a deeply satisfying praline that melts in the mouth like butter, we use high-cacao 50% milk chocolate for a deeply chocolatey experience, then add a pinch of salt to bring out the rich, roasted notes of the hazelnut and almond.

Perched atop The Nice Slice, you’ll find a posse of our caramel-milk penguins who were keen to get in on a slice of the action. Cast in solid, mellow and malty caramel-milk chocolate, they’re all wrapped up in their bobble hats and ready for the Christmas festivities to begin. Did you know that our chocolate penguins are moulded from unique hand-sketched illustrations, courtesy of our talented chocolate sculptress? No off-the-shelf characters here!
